Returns Policy Exchange / Returns Policy You may return items purchased on our web site within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for another product. Please send an email requesting a RA for your product to be returned. Please make sure returned items are in new condition in original packaging. Anything custom order that was made specifically for your group or personal use- these are not returnable.

Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping Terms Shipping All products are shipped via USPS. Please allow 10-14 days to receive your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
